With the BHB Customer Service Prize, the BHB and its media partners Rohn Verlag and Faupel Communication honor companies in the DIY industry that demonstrate a strong commitment to continued development and expansion of customer-oriented products and services. The award will be granted in the presence of the trade press and industry leaders on March 5, 2018, and just like in previous years, it will once again be the focus of the BHB Forum at the Cologne Rheinterrassen.
The BHB Forum on the second day of the International Hardware Fair Cologne has become well established as an important meeting place for partners in the construction and DIY industries. Thanks to the interesting conversation partners there and the prestigious award ceremony for the BHB Customer Service Prize, the 2018 event at the Cologne Rheinterrassen in will once again become one of the high points of the international trade fair.
The BHB Customer Service Prize is a distinction granted to companies that garner attention for the special offers and services they provide in assisting their customers. The prize is awarded every two years and in several different categories, honoring companies for their overall achievements as well as those at the product or process level.
The five-person jury is chaired by Dr. Roland Mattmüller, professor in the chair of Strategic Marketing at EBS Business School and director of the Institute for Marketing Management and Research. In the course of the award ceremony the event organizers will be presenting all of the companies that have been nominated for their special achievements in each of the four categories, after which they will reveal the winner and hand over the prize to the representatives of the winning company.
